More than 24" this time around and yet another high tunnel collapse. Thank you Jim for digging it out again! The animals are all faring well--gotta love the hardy heritage breeds! And I'm mighty glad to not be milking in this weather, though the kiddos are definitely missing the milk.

ouch for the tunnel! ours held here, but I think it's squatter than yours. Also we used recycled metal arches and we spaced them farly close. Still looks like at least some of the crop is/was salvageable.
Yes, we ARE having a winter, aren't we? and more snow on the way.....
Hey there! Glad to see you're blogging again- I'm the son of the woman who called you last week and I constantly give her props for doing so ;) Anyway- that sucks 'bout the tunnel- good luck with whatever farm-related decisions you and yours make in the future!
